The process of finding the actual problem

Problem is found by analyzing the responses from a survey created using Survey Monkey.

Prototype

Designed the prototype using Marvelapp mockup tool

Final prototype was built using basic sketches and card based prototypes.

Prototype Evaluation

Users were asked to test the prototype under supervision

User responses were recorded and stored confidentially. Based on feedback, further changes to the prototype was made.
